Don’t use
Now requires setting up an account to work
Used this app, (paid not lite version) and it worked great. I just installed it on a new phone and it tells me I have to set up an account to transcribe cards. Please just give me my purchase price back as I don’t want or need an account to put contact information onto my phone.
Not As Sensitive
I bought this app hoping it is better than the one I currently use and its OCR is not as sensitive. The phone numbers were translated incorrectly. Also, I like to group my business cards but I didn’t see group option. This is important to me.
Bought “Pro” version and now hostage for $
Not sure what I paid for now that the quirky card transcription has stopped requiring a fee. Beware of this migrating vendor.
Horrible Change to App
As mentioned in other reviews, this company changed their business model and now this is a worthless app given how they are charging for the service. I originally paid for the pro version which I used for the past 3 years. Now it makes no sense to continue. How sad it is for what was a good app.
Does not work
Bought the pro version and transcription stopped working. Now takes 2 days for someone to do it
Do not waste your money or time
This was a great app before the company got greedy. I downloaded this app probably a year ago and loved it! You could easily use the camera on your phone to upload contacts. Even if there was a mistake, it was very easy to correct. You could create subfolders and organize your business cards effectively using this app. Nothing good comes for free, so I can’t remember what the cost was, but I paid for the pro version of this app. I have not had anybody to upload in this last month and went on to find that I now have to buy credits and wait 1-2 business days to have this Team transcribe my entry and nowhere on the app are you able to get around this. You can pay for the pro version only to have to buy credits beyond that to get the same app that was included in your purchase just a month ago. Thanks for ruining a great app. Do not waste your time because in 6 months they might raise the cost of a credit....without notice
